Re: Panic Question. Regarding heart rates and fit bits
How is your blood pressure?

If the Diastolic (bottom number) is above 90, seek medical help/advice, bloody quick.

Your in hospital getting looked after by some of the best doctors in the world Pentonville. I’m sure you’re worrying over nothing.

I’m just back from Eastern Europe (thank fuck) - I’ll message you in the morning.

Have a good night’s sleep. ⚒

Again, better to seek professional advice but I don’t think it’s unusual for heart rate to increase while your immune system is cranked up to high - with the addition of your concerns kicking in as well

Re: Panic Question. Regarding heart rates and fit bits
Getting paranoid about doctors, when you're in a hospital, is not going to help your heart rate.

If French doctors were significantly worse than British ones, it wouldn't remain a secret.

mods if u want to delete this, please do as i cant handle piss takes at moment.

i thought valium chills me all out but if that would raise heartbeat then yeah, coupled with the immunity yps drinks, iguess it would go higher.

Re: Panic Question. Regarding heart rates and fit bits
They just keep pumping me with valium stating there is nothing really to give for omicron. I've had some immunity yop drinks delivered and am downing them.

Valium + those yop drinks = higher heart rate

If you trust WHO more than you trust French doctors, what the fuck are you doing, being in France!

Is the valium new?
It depresses respiration so you're heart having to work harder to keep oxygen levels up is not all that surprising.
If you're really worried calling your local out of hours GP service would be a goid idea.

Re: Panic Question. Regarding heart rates and fit bits
If you were concerned about your health, I wouldn't count on any ideas from who.
But do as you like. That sounds crazy, I fest for your life.
